Lack of compaction testing in the early 60s can lead to long term settlement which leads to slab and foundation cracking today. Noorzay Geotechnical Services was hired to provide an engineering evaluation of this residence to determine the cause of the cracking shown in the pictures and to see if foundation underpinning would be warranted.
