Maihan established Noorzay Geotechnical Services, Inc. in 2017. Now nine years in business, NGS remains focused on personal client service. We deliberately maintain a very small business so our clients receive the attention, direct communication and project-specific guidance they need. As a licensed Civil and Geotechnical Engineer, he guides projects from understanding site conditions to developing engineering recommendations.

Maihan brings over 20 years of experience and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Geotechnical Engineer (G.E.). He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering with a specialization in geotechnical engineering. His experience spans geotechnical investigations, laboratory testing, foundation evaluations, construction materials testing and quality assurance. NGS serves residential, commercial, industrial and institutional projects throughout Southern California.
