What does a geotechnical engineer do?
A geotechnical engineer evaluates soil and subsurface conditions to inform construction. NGS provides investigations and recommendations for foundations, grading, settlement, expansive soils and slopes.
Why might my project need a soils report?
A soils report brings together the subsurface findings and engineering recommendations relevant to a proposed development. It helps the design team address foundations, earthwork, pavement and other site considerations.
